David Cameron is a prick who has sold the UK out to the EU socialist scumbags.

Jackson film crosses $100 million internationally

I urge anyone who hasn't seen this movie to go and see it. It is great entertainment non-stop from beginning to end. Why this film is different from other produced music film/video is because it was taken during the rehearsal for the intended This is it UK tour. This basically means that the shooting was concentrate on the stage action alone and not being bombarded from multiple clips from different angles in short succession as one would typically get when watching music videos or produced live stage concert with multiple cameras, which is irritating.

Leaky Homes I congratulate the Herald for their editorial on this. in which the accurately blamed central govt for the problem, rather than parrot the ramblings of politicians, who have never produced anything, blaming cowboy builders.
The article however gets it only half right, in blaming a deregulation that never happened.
Product testing and certification remained with the B I A, a state regulatory body, which may have been under resourced, and certainly failed. Quality control was with councils, who had no ability to disallow approved products, let alone test them.
The public believed these to state entities managed risk. We now know they did not
A deregulation would have involved some public advise that quality control was a private matter, some discussion with the insurance industry to enable them to gear up to enter a new area of business. The market would have developed a range of guarantee products, and testing facilities.
There was never a market in risk management available to those that may have sort it, as the regulators never vacated the field, only a failure of regulators.

Sturminator, I just blogged on that subject--most people have no idea what an enormous advance for totalitarianism this is. No idea at all.

This might be a good place for Mr Fisi to put forward his list of Three Good Things that Act has done whilst in government. He couldn't find even one on Saturday night, two days must be enough time surely.

Nope. Gordon Brown signed the irrepealable, self-amending treaty, not Cameron.

Cameron is at least facing the facts: that the only option now is complete withdrawal for Britain.

He's also facing the sad reality that if he campaigns on such a promise, Brown will win.

Yes, withdrawal is the only option, and it's one that should be put to a referendum.

If Cameron were doing a cunning ruse to announce a referendum after he were voted in that would be great. But he isn't. And even if he were, he should take the principled route and be open about it. Otherwise what's the point of him getting voted in anyway?

The regulatory responsibility bill that Rodneys pushing along that will help majorly if enacted.

Voluntary student membership finally becoming a reality.

At least getting a review of the dopey ETS that Nationals ramming through with indecent speed.

Thats off the top of my head.

But remember...they "only got 3.6% of the vote!...whine ,bleat etc!"

All they can do is try to slow down and divert the National juggenaut when possible....while the Libz do what exactly?
